  • Loose or detached grip material

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., slamming paddles, water damage, extreme temperatures)

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, surface scuffs)

  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect playability

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Theft or loss
