At Pickit Sport, we understand that mistakes happen. Our goal is to help you make changes to your order if needed — but due to our fast processing times, cancellations and modifications are only possible within a short window.

🔁 Order Modification

If you need to update your shipping address, item size, or product selection, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Timeframe: Within 2 hours of placing your order

  • How: Email us at pickitamerica@gmail.com with your order number and requested changes

  • After 2 hours: Orders may already be in fulfillment and cannot be modified

❌ Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Timeframe: Within 2 hours of purchase

  • How: Contact support@pickitsport.com with your order number and cancellation request

  • After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or shipped.

📦 Shipped Orders

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. You may still be eligible to return the item once received. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
