We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges are not offered. If you need a different size or color, please return for a refund and place a new order.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Items that are not in original condition may be rejected and returned to the sender.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@pickitsport.com with your order number and reason for return to receive return instructions (RMA).

  2. Send the item back by mail using a trackable service. Please include the order number inside the parcel.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post after inspection.

  • If the return is not approved (e.g., used/washed/damaged), we will notify you by email.

Exchanges

  • We do not process exchanges.

  • For a different size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards and final-sale items (if marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return.

Wrong/Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@pickitsport.comΒ with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Return Address

  • We will provide the correct return address in the RMA email.
