We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges are not offered. If you need a different size or color, please return for a refund and place a new order.
Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition

Items must be new, unused, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Items that are not in original condition may be rejected and returned to the sender.
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@pickitsport.com with your order number and reason for return to receive return instructions (RMA).

Send the item back by mail using a trackable service. Please include the order number inside the parcel.
Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to post after inspection.

If the return is not approved (e.g., used/washed/damaged), we will notify you by email.

Non-returnable Items

Gift cards and final-sale items (if marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return.
Wrong/Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@pickitsport.comΒ with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
